Renters are able to enter their rental criteria to find the properties that fit their needs.  By clicking on the "View" button Renters are able to see the detailed description of the property they are interested in.  Then, they can contact the Landlord or Property Manager by using the "Contact Landlord" link.

Landlords and Property Managers are able to upload their own listings by simply clicking on the "Add Listing" button.  The listing section is an easy step-by-step process.  After entering the listing, click on the "Save" button and upload up to nine pictures of the property.  Listings can be updated anytime during the listing.  The listing charge is $30.00 for 30 days.
